What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid UAE driving license (or international driving permit for tourists), Emirates ID/passport, and a credit card in the driver’s name for security deposit.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age is 21 years for economy vehicles and 25 years for luxury and sports cars. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays. However, subject to availability, same-day bookings are also accepted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash payments. A credit card is mandatory for security deposit purposes.
What insurance options are available?
All vehicles come with basic insurance. We offer additional coverage options including Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident Insurance, and Super Cover for maximum protection.
What is the security deposit amount?
Security deposits vary by vehicle category, ranging from AED 1,000 to AED 5,000. The deposit is blocked on your credit card and released upon vehicle return in good condition.

Can I drive to other GCC countries?
Yes, cross-border travel to GCC countries is allowed with prior approval and additional documentation. Additional fees and insurance may apply.
What is your fuel policy?
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If not, refueling charges at premium rates will apply.
Is there a mileage limit?
Daily rentals include 200km per day. Weekly and monthly rentals have higher allowances. Excess mileage is charged at competitive rates.
What happens if I return the car late?
A grace period of 1 hour is provided. After that, additional charges apply. Late returns exceeding 3 hours may be charged for an additional day.

Yes, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance throughout the UAE. This includes emergency repairs, towing, and vehicle replacement if needed.
Can you deliver the car to my location?
Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits. Delivery to other emirates and remote locations may incur additional charges.
